Dementia Cafe
Our Cafe is a place to meet for coffee, cake and activities, while sharing experiences, information and support.
The sessions are open to people with dementia, together with their carers, to talk, to share and to socialise.
The Café meets on the third Tuesday of every month. Our sessions are free to attend and refreshments are provided.
We normally offer a different activity or entertainment each month so that everyone can join in. Our programme for the next few months is shown below.

We begin the year with an afternoon of magical entertainment by a member of the Magic Circle
18 February
Fun indoor team curling competition - without the ice or snow!!
15 March
Suky returns to lead us in an ever popular session of laughter and gentle exercise yoga.
15 April
We are pleased to welcome back Jo Coverson for another fun afternoon of music and Zumba
20 May
Kerry-Jean will be entertaining us with an afternoon of popular songs.
17 June
The very popular Ukulele Band will be here to entertain and play for us.
15 July
Please join us for a Wimbledon themed afternoon cream tea.
19 August
Catherine Matthews will lead us in an art activity
16 September
Orla from the Curve theatre will be joining us to run a music and dance workshop
21 October
We hope you can join us for an afternoon of tea, coffee and of course cake, whilst enjoying playing a selection of handcrafted wooden table games with fellow members.
18 November
The Market Harborough Flower Club will help us create wreaths for Christmas
